The description listed with this photo when posted one eBay was that this is Detroit.  The apparatus is certainly from a larger town based on the size of the crew and the station looks like others in Detroit.  Can anyone provide more specific information?

Information is from the Detroit Fire Department Historical Record 1825 - 1977, page 43.

"The last horse drawn ladder truck to be purchased by the Detroit Fire Department. Built by Seagrave, the unit was placed in service on January 11, 1911 at Ladder 15, then located on the east side of Woodward Ave. near Westminster. The truck featured a 65 ft. aerial ladder which was raised by a spring hoist mounted on a turntable. The truck was placed on a Ahrens-Fox gasoline propelled tractor in 1913."

The fire station mentioned, east side of Woodward near Westminster is still standing today. It was converted into a nursing home after the DFD left and today sits vacant.
