Neighborhood Conditions Report (2013)

In 2013, the City of Youngstown hired the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation (YNDC) to assess all of the neighborhoods within the city limits. The 15 month project resulted in a fantastic 288 page document showing the current conditions in all of the city’s neighborhoods. While there is little mention of the Youngstown Fire Department in this document, it shows why Youngstown leads all American cities its size in the number of arson fires.
